Information you choose to provide

If you select “Send inquiry securely” and the site is connected to its production database, your name, email or phone number, selected agent, real estate goal, timing, and optional message will be saved in a private lead-management dashboard accessible to authorized team administrators (John and Cherie). We use this to respond to your request and manage the conversation. The alternative “Prepare text message” opens your own messaging app instead and is not a secure form submission.

Optional analytics

We ask permission before sending behavioral analytics events, such as page visits, finder usage, community filters, saved comparisons, contact-button clicks and referral-source category. Our analytics-event code does not intentionally include names, email addresses, phone numbers, free-text messages, or precise location data. If connected by the site owner, Google Analytics 4 also receives permitted measurement events. You may decline analytics and still use the tools.

Cookies, storage and retention

The site saves your analytics preference in the browser and stores a temporary anonymous session identifier only if you allow analytics. An authenticated team dashboard uses secure, HTTP-only session cookies. Public finder shortlists are saved in the browser only until you close or reload the page. The site owner should set and document specific retention and deletion rules before publishing; the draft backend does not yet automate deletion.

Sharing and security

We do not present your inquiries to lenders or builders automatically. Requests are intended for the agent you select, with shared access by authorized team administrators. We do not sell your inquiry information. No website or data transfer can be guaranteed absolutely secure. The production database, access credentials, and domain must be configured before secure inquiry submission is available.

Your choices
